As a Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base and ensuring exceptional client relationships. Your day-to-day will include:
Leveraging your minimum of 12 months’ experience in selling R&D or energy broker services to strategise outreach via LinkedIn, direct marketing, and social media.
Networking at industry and financial events, generating leads and prospecting new business opportunities.
Leading business meetings with C-suite prospects, presenting the company’s value proposition persuasively.
Collaborating with accountants and other strategic partners to maximise synergies and offer comprehensive solutions.
Managing the complete new-business sales cycle, nurturing existing deals, and maintaining best practices.
Mentoring and training junior team members aspiring to excel in Business Development.
Qualifications and Skills
We are seeking an experienced sales professional who possesses:
A minimum of 12 months’ experience in selling R&D or energy broker services.
A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
Strong time management and accountability skills.
A robust understanding of tax regulations.
