Andreia joined Bonham & Brook in February 2022 as an Executive Assistant and Consultancy Administrator. While her role title has remained similar, her responsibilities have expanded far beyond the initial job description. Early on, she was appointed as the company’s Quality Manager, overseeing certifications and maintaining standards across the business. More recently, she has led the implementation of a new standard and secured an additional certification.
Her journey has also included involvement in product development, successfully launching a new offering within the company, and supporting board governance. She has assisted with drafting contracts, responding to legal queries, and strengthening corporate processes. This progression reflects both her personal growth and the opportunities available in a dynamic, expanding organisation.
Balancing responsibilities across quality management, governance, product development, and legal support was a challenge Andreia overcame by sharpening her prioritisation and time management skills. She is proud of the tangible impact her work has had, from strengthening internal processes to supporting new initiatives.
She describes Bonham & Brook’s culture as young and vibrant, with values reflected in every interaction: “I particularly appreciate how the company’s vision and values are reflected in our goals, our actions, and in every interaction we have.”
Andreia credits her manager as the most influential figure in her journey, creating an environment where feedback is shared openly and support is genuine. “My manager made me feel safe, heard and empowered in my role, which has ultimately allowed me to thrive.”
Andreia is motivated by the company’s constant evolution and the challenges that come with growth. She has developed confidence, resilience, and a broader perspective, embracing opportunities to learn and adapt. “Since starting my journey at B&B, I feel that I have grown significantly, both professionally and personally. Being part of a company that is constantly evolving has pushed me to keep learning and adapting.”
