Job Title: Partnerships Manager – Accountants, Professional Services

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am – 5:30pm

Role: Full-Time, Permanent

 

Job Requirements:

  • Manage end-to-end processes for accountants and professional service providers.
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and onboard partners from various sectors to expand our business reach.
  • Drive referred business across our diverse product range, emphasising the integration of B&B services to regular accountants, as a specialist position.
  • Optimise re-engagement efforts, ensuring that B&B’s targets are hit every month.
  • Support client engagement managers in enhancing client retention through accountancy relationship management.
  • Attend networking events (out of office work hours if necessary) to expand networks in this sector ensuring events are tracked.
  • Establish a feedback process to ensure that we’re collecting all data from our key partners.
  • Utilise our CRM HubSpot to manage relationships, utilising its tools and functionality effectively.
  • Maintain highly processed and KPI-driven documentation of all relationship activities within our CRM system.
  • Prepare reports for the Head of Partnerships, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Stay informed about any new legislation pertinent to the R&D scheme and other key product areas.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years business development or account management experience, with hard and soft skills of managing the 360 sales process from referral to delivery and close.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
